Healing Rain



As the rain falls down
And touches her torn gown
A curve her lips take
Like the ripples in the lake

She was pulled back to life
Happily throwing away her knife
The rain drops being a ray
Making her cheerful and gay

A new leaf her life took
Her past thrown aside as a book
She forgot that inside she was crying
In search of love she was dying
