Arrogance and defiance- -weapons that can jar a man off his romantic feet. I'm glad you wrote this so straight from the heart or shoulder if you wish. Women don't often get a peek at the inner thoughts of a man- and I must admit a little surprise and a liking for the thoughts herein described. Time, place were stopped but my heart awakens up, I was euphoric, enjoying your presence, - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - but these were followed by acceptance of defeat I was accustomed to battle but my heart was broken up, I was a warrior but your weapon was sharped in advance, You evoked my romantic past but my mind was given up, Fighting I've lost but my whole is still fitted in your glance. - - - - - - - - - - - - I thank you for a look into the thoughts of a man who bends to the will of a woman with no hard feelings. Well-done. and a most intriguing topic!
