It's only someone's sad lonely song
They're only words and notes from my heart
It's a song about ecstasy and torment
Here's to hoping that we didn't circumvent
It's only a song unreserved
Merely sketches from my lost and found
It's only a song about love and hate
Here's to hoping it wasn't our fate
It's only a torch song from within
They're only emotions etched in stone
It's a song about love and dying
Here's to hoping we're surviving
It's only a tragic song about life
They're only memories and we're reborn
It's a song about unrequited love
Here's to love surviving in the Above
It's a simple love song
The essence of my love
It's a song about our insanity
Here's to the future of new liberty
A song of basic notes and harmonious sound
A book of simple words and intricate meanings
A painting of slender strokes and so much heart
A sculpture of stone piercing my essence
A word lost in meaning
A chord remote in melody
A stroke skipped in a heart beat
A touch lost in the rhythm of the soul
A creation breathing life into eternity
Spirituality...
Now rebirthing in me...
