How Much I Love You - Poem by LaShawna Brewster

Sitting here in the dark thinking bout you
I regret all the times I lied about cheating on you
Missing your sweet lips
And the way we used to kiss
The way you would hold me tight
When I was afraid in the night
The way you used to wipe my tears
I would never forget those days
You were always there for me in my time of need
You were ike the strong ground, where I would plant my seed
I remember the way you called me baby
And said that I would always be your special lady
I wanted to have your kids to show how much I love you
And i swore no one would ever be above you
Cheating on you was my biggest mistake
If I could take back one mistake it's that one I would
If I could have you for one more day beleive me I wish I could
I'm writing this poem to show all my love
And please come back to me
I'm praying to the one above
