I Am In Love - Poem by Akhtar Jawad

I am often so attracted,
Mesmerized and enchanted,
Having watched pretty things,
With magic in their wings,
Flying at human height,
Touching eyes like a light,
Getting inside very deep,
With a pleasant soul peep,
Then my eyes smile,
Making heart juvenile,
And I say to myself,
Put book in the shelf,
Watch beauty an' sacrifice,
Your self, may be nice,
I then sing like a dove,
I am now in love.

Wow Sir, what a meaningful delight you can put through your words into the heart of any reader, any age, any land! Put book in the shelf- a tiny yet most powerful line that fills the soul with immense pleasure.Falling in love is a natural phenomenon, but the very feeling and the thrilling discovery of being in love is a celestial experience.
You are a gifted poet with magnetic personna- that reflects through each of your words.
    Thanks for the sharing.10++++

    - - - - - - - - -Love does its magic and the heart melts losing itself to love- - - - -

When heart falls in love, it very often loses its rationality- - - Our acquired knowledge through books can not explain why of this 'LOVE'- - -Why I get attracted, What is special that makes me love, is it right or wrong- - - - -Heart is swept away and sings like a dove- - -A great poem ! ! !

    I Am In Love
How much fancy and how much reality. But, then, most of the affairs start like that. In love one has to renounce his self. Lovely poem.
    Watch beauty an' sacrifice,
    Your self,
