I Am Love. Poem by Nabakishore Dash

I am not just a small
four lettered word,
I am unlike came and gone.
A permanent and
sincerest connect
between the hearts
if once born.

Neither happy and sappy
conversation,
nor flirtation,
nor climbing up the
mountain with hands join,
nor deriving the pleasure
in togetherness,
nor crying in pain,
indicate my companion,
only temporary
infatuation,
a deal and bargain.
In reality,
I am invisible and
a feel,
hotter than the mid-day sun,
cooler than
liquid helium and nitrogen,
deeper than Pacific Ocean,
taller than the tallest
(Mauna kea) mountain,
unmoved by the severest
volcanic eruption and cyclone.


Never involved in
breaking the hearts,
rather engaged in
joining them,
always provide ocean full
mirth.
Once imbibe me with
heart and soul,
bitterness, cruelty, hatred,
enmity, cynicism
would be sent
to hell.
I assure you,
I can nullify
the deadliest poison
existing among all humans,
let bliss and peace
befall for all with
its never ending spell.
