I Dreamed
I dreamed of peace
All through the night,
I dreamed that they
Would see the light,
I dreamed the sun
Would shine this day,
But when I woke
The skies were grey.

Reality bites aftermath of dreams when people live.Otherwise people sleep and want to live in dreams daisy chains.Very well done.Crescendic end of dreams in the hands of reality here..Well said and its a lesson poetry.
