I see God in the innocence of children
I see God in the clarity of the priest's sermon
I see God in the rainfall as it washes everything clean;
As it purifies the physical, so God purifies the spiritual
I see God in the fog enshrouding my eyes, when the clouds break and the sun shines
I see God in the goodness of the land, the bounty of the harvest, the calm of nature
I see God as the Son in His mother's arms as she rocks Him to sleep with an ancient lullaby
I see God as the selfless sacrifice upon the cross
I see God as the Resurrection, the hope after death, the eternal life in joy and peace
I see God in the icons we venerate, the windows through which we can see Heaven
I see God in the kindness of the people around me
I see God in the selfless actions of the brave and courageous
I see God in the mercy He gives for our humility
I see God in the tears of the grateful living
I see God in the peaceful smiles of the departed
I see God through the eyes of those who are clairvoyant and wise
I see God,
And God sees me
In innocence of children, in the clarity of the priest's sermon, in purified light of mercy of nature and in the selfless sacrifice upon the cross we feel and see God. Brilliant poem is beautifully penned is spiritual one.10

Wow totally marvellous. Creatively thought up how God can be seen, for all good n kind is divine indeed. I ESP loved the mother rocking baby line as I have another baby now. Yet each line is carved in beauty of truth and feeling n poetic acknowledgement of the divine attributes. Kudos I must say.
