I Watch The Brightest Star Of All Poem by ANDREW BLAKEMORE

I Watch The Brightest Star Of All

Rating: 5.0

I watch the brightest star of all
That's shining high above,
Just as the light that lights my life
It shines for you my love.

I watch the clouds move over then
It disappears from view,
And when the clouds do break again
It shines once more for you.

It twinkles in the twilight of
The silent solemn sky,
And like a beacon of our love
For it shall never die.

Far above the glowing halo of
The busy city light,
That star will keep on shining now
For you throughout the night.
