I Watch The Raindrops Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

I Watch The Raindrops

Rating: 4.9

Standing in the balcony
I watch the rain falling
Making a swishing sound
As cool drops come rolling

Down walls, trees, leaves,
Fronds and smiling faces
Down railings and awnings
Not leaving behind any traces

Standing in the balcony I
Watch cool drops from the sky
Coming down in long strands
With laughter, singing and sighs

They run down as runnels
To meet rivers and get lost
Giving a feeling of joy around
Taking away all grimes and dusts
