In My Dreams
In the mist of the night,
I dreamed a dream
with you in sight.
Behind the shadow of the dark,
In a cry of horror
My heart you marked.
Desperate
My heart screams,
Calling out for you
As far as i can dream.
Whisper in my ear
Your words of love,
Touch me so gently
Like the angels up above.
Beneath the sunrise
A new day begins,
Old memories linger..
never to be forgotten.
In my dreams
And in my heart,
My love for you
Will never part.
