In The Middle Of Nowhere
Our thoughts are lame as we drink our future in wine
Whiles we walk on our dreams blindfolded,
Straight down the gutters like swine
And leaving our fats of worries unsolved,
Whiles we cursed the gods on our unfading troubles,
And the words of accusations we laid through libation,
Come let us pray till our griefs are read,
And the little answer we awaits on our story,
As our labor fruits waves bye to our baskets.
Hey it a new year eve,
And our dreams are unfolding
For all pictures painted in our thoughts drawn into reality,
Hey there the future lies in our hands,
Till we dig out the cassavas of joy
And harvest great smiles of our toils,
The gods promises were due but this is from the supreme,
The drumming sounds from various corners
Lightening our smiles on native faces,
In the middle of nowhere
