In Times Of Fear
It is interesting to see
all that is happening around us
how people act and be
when fear has polluted our being
Some hoard and hide
some just ignore and ride out the ride
some are just numb
not knowing what to do
so they go to sleep
in hopes to wake up to what they knew

Our being has long been polluted, fear just brings it to the surface my friend, great poem!
Thank you Bill. I only write what I am observing. It's interesting to see how Society reacts. I think I'm the ladder I just go to sleep and hope that when I wake up things will be better.

People react to fear in so many ways - well written poem.
Thanks Carl. It is true....everyone reacts differently but I'm sure we all are fearing the same thing.
