Insolence-Αυθάδεια [bilingual] Poem by dimitrios galanis

Insolence-Αυθάδεια [bilingual]

Rating: 4.5

An insolent tongue will face a time harsh
in any harvest to come
as tears can not be easily picked up.

..........

Για την αυθάδικη γλώσσα σκληροί οι καιροί.
Στον όποιο θέρο και να 'ρθεί
δύσκολο τα δάκρυα να σταχυολογεί.

So complexe our nature, to come out of its origin has to stop and think of everything in action twice, if it doesn't want to behave as the other creatures on earth. In the meantime a smile can save at least pretexts.Thank you, dear Fabrizio.

About character too.Is it not wisdom and truth a matter of heart too?

So many possible interpretations of this. Each as valid and meaningful as the other
