I saw yellow horses charging,
through fields of purple grass;
Van Gogh alive and painting,
trees with broken glass;
I saw foxes showing chickens,
how to cross the road;
Blackbirds teaching worms,
how to run and hide;
Or is it just a dream,
just a dream,
just a dream...
I saw rainbow's chasing people,
to find the fool's gold;
People growing younger,
for fear of getting old;
I saw children making sandcastles,
in fields of melting snow;
Cats and dogs dancing,
in a silly west end show;
Or is it just a dream,
just a dream,
just a dream...
I saw people walking backwards,
because there's nowhere left to go;
Cars were all reversing,
because forwards is to slow;
I saw soldiers going upwards,
as the battle began to roar;
Wolves running past my window,
instead of knocking on my door;
Or is it just a dream,
just a dream,
just a dream,
just a dream...
