Late Night Kiss - Poem by Michael P. McParland
A late night kiss for you my dear,
one of true love and total care.
I miss you so bad and I fear that you are mad,
I wish I could say I'm so sorry right to you
because I love you more than anything
within heaven or this world.
I want to hold you close here in bed with me,
not sex right now but just having you oh so close
feeling you right next to me feeling peace and safe.
If you only knew how scared I feel and I don't
know how to explain it all this way.
I just want you here beside me where we can share everything,
I want my Angel to be able to see all the love I hold within me.
I send a late night kiss because I want comfort
for the Queen and love I so deeply miss,
I want you to know my heart is filled with so much love
it overflows and melts for you because
I adore you immensely in every way
I can't even describe the depths of loving admiration
I most sincerely and deeply feel.
I just wish I could hold you near and kiss you deep
so through that touch it would all be known.
I love you Kira, I so truly deeply do,
please accept this late night kiss from me to you.
