Learn From Other Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Learn From Other

Rating: 5.0

DearChildren! learn from earth
How she has tolerant power,
In spite of several hurdles
She stands as a stable tower.

Learn from lotus to remain detached
In spite of several wealth,
Greedy life is very harmful
It disturbs the mental health.

Learn from sun and sunlight
To accompany with all,
Receive their good qualities
In their evil works never fall.

Learn from water the coldness
It is best quality,
Whatever wrath might you have
You must come to serenity.

Learn from the crescent moon
How to cool the air,
Always talk with cool mind
Cool others' minds in fair.

...Because God creates everything with its special nature, and everything has reason for us to learn and go gain....if we want to observe and think, praise to Him

As we look around, we understand that we have to learn much from others especially from Mother Earth and Nature! This world is an International university and life is an on going process of getting educated! Great thoughts!

A profound and magnificent lesson. You remind me of what my father used to quote....only the fool learns from himself. This is a magnificent poem, Kumarmani.
