L'st they forget,
When your road becomes rough
Like the shadows in darkness
That bring dispair 'n' gloom.
But away with them!
They begin fading fast,
Fast as the morning dew.
Quickly, they pass you by!
Yet, still lingering,
Fading into the background.
But still creeping
Along your rugged path.
Wishing, Waiting, Wondering
When yours will soon clear.
Lest they forget,
When their road becomes rough.
There will be no fear
Since once again,
It is your path
That they shall travel near.

Shadows in darkness! Thanks for sharing this poem with us.
Seeing shadows in darkness sometimes we get confusion and fear. But the morning dew transfers joy from nature to us and we get light of morning. Wondering and creeping in new path we start searching reality of happiness. Removing fear we shall travel in eternal path to God. Very interesting poem is shared. Congratulations! We are happy seeing your poem as the poem of the day....10
