Let me smile
And let me sing a song!
What a mad pursuit
To gain the only chair?
Fierce competition!
Where from I came
And where will I go?
All powerful kingdoms
Have been turned into dust
And mighty kings
have passed away
Leaving on the sands of time
Their wealth, power,
Position and possession!
Let me sing a song
of nothingness!
I see dust particles,
Only dust and dust,
It is here, there
And even before
The birth of Chaucer!
