Let We Listen To The Kindness Of The Sea Poem by Soran M. H

Let We Listen To The Kindness Of The Sea

Rating: 5.0

I see the increased number of homeless
In the eyes of Time
'When people's lives are wrecked
And the sea offers them
With its precious pearls..
I don't say:
‘the madhouses fill
the hospitals fill
the graveyards fill' *
But the pen needs a tranquilliser
for a long sleep
Until the era of ‘saving money' has ended
Until the stomach of swamp gets full
And then the frogs
jumps freely everywhere
Without being crushed
under the wheel of a pitiless typhoon..
When human beings are suffering
The sea offers them
Its precious pearls
...................

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

I tried to find my favorite line but this poem is so well crafted that lines melt into other lines and complete and complexify the meanings of each so that I cannot break it down that way. It would be criminal to stop their flow and deflate the building emotional intensity. This poem is an entity and it is a marvel. 10++++++++++++++ and onto my fav. list Shoot I am probably going to say 10 and onto my fav list to all your poems.

Dear Susan, Hi..I wrote this poem slightly different from the rest of the poems. I wanted to express and pass my feelings to most readers in order to end the suffering of the increasing number of homeless people, while highlighting at the same time the apathy of politicians in this regard. thank you for reading my work with interest, you are brilliant

Using sea as a metaphor you wrote a masterpiece. Yes the greed in human to earn more, to save more and all luxuries what this world can provide/have is something which is killing humanity and the sea is so big and deep, though it has all the pearls that can make everyone's life at ease/ comfort. A thought provoking poem, indeed.10+

I have a problem though. Part 2. I only am offered 5 poems of yours to read. Am I doing something wrong? Or have you reduced your library of poems?

Once again I will try to leave a comment! Apparently I didn't score this important piece of writing the first time I read it because I just was allowed to give it a 5! Yea! !
