Whatever we cling on to,
However strongly-
A hand of support,
A heart of love,
A strong passion,
A fading memory,
A feeling of warmth,
A word of inspiration,
A long longing, continually
Cherished but unfulfilled...
All we have to let go,
Oh yes, we have to let go!
Like the trees part with
The ripened fruits,
Like the branches and boughs
Shed their leaves,
Like the tired lips of a child,
Fallen asleep, slowly
Releases his mom's teat,
We too have to let go quietly
Everything we hold close
To our bosom, and
Silently fall on the cold,
Waiting lap of Mortality!

Life's journey! ! ! To let go of many things along the line. Thanks for sharing this poem with us.
I wrote the poem 'Carpe Diem Seize Each Day Live Life To The Max', inspired by the poem 'Letting Go', by the poet Khairul Ahsan and dedicated to the poet Khairul Ahsan.
I wrote the split images 'Carpe Diem Seize Life Because Death Does Not Pass', and 'Carpe Diem Seize Beauty Precious Moments', inspired by the poem 'Letting Go', by the poet Khairul Ahsan and dedicated to the poet Khairul Ahsan.
Experiencing The Pain Of Letting Go the beauty expressed in all wonderful things the sweet essence the joy we must let go of this makes the sting of death the sharp pain... seem even more terrible but inevitable death is the closing of this life lived circle of life we must all experience the pain of letting go... Inspired by the poem 'Letting Go' by the poet Khairul Ahsan. Dedicated to the poet Khairul Ahsan.
