Life Is A Marathon Poem by Walterrean Salley

Life Is A Marathon

Rating: 5.0

Life is a marathon—
And that is a fact—
With hurdles, relays
And balancing acts.

Whether track and field
Or Uneven Bars—
It makes no difference
Where you are.

Wherever you go
Whatever you do,
Strive to make life
Work for you.

We must remember,
Ladies and gents,
Life is a marathon—
Not a sprint.

Defeat is painful,
But victory is sweet
With a chance for gold
To land at your feet.

Where ever you go whatever you do, only everywhere life is areal marathon. But defeat is painful and victory is sweet. Excellent poem shared on. Marvellous work with great hope and realization.

Yes life is a Marathon! However tired we have to run the race! If we run it with all our might, we can be victors and flaunt the trophy! Great write!
