Life's Highway Code Poem by Ernestine Northover

Life's Highway Code

Rating: 5.0

Take my hand and walk with me
Through this ever changing world.
Along unmarked paths that stretch ahead,
Where our lives become unfurled.

Each step we take will move us on,
Teaching us countless things,
Growing wiser as we get to know
about what the future brings.

There may be trials and anguish as
We travel along the way,
But we will journey on with hope
And delight in each new day.

Take my hand and walk with me,
Soul mates on this unknown road,
Our hearts are one, and together thus,
We'll follow life's highway code.
