He was known to be a dandy
Once he got boozed up with brandy
Driving his car
He felt flying in the air
He wailed, “The brake doesn’t come handy”

Poor dandy had some brandy and did not know where the brakes were and maybe pressed the accelerator. Caution for safety brought out as good humor.
