Oh, the injustice of it! Oh, this mockery of our fondest dream. I have the time and space to write my best poems RIGHT NOW But where our you blessed inspiration. when you should be perched on the highest branches of my imagination-tree?

It is true that a poet or poetess writes poems when fancy tickles, this happens to the poet here. He efforts whole night to write though none of his poems found light! . Very beautiful limerick on struggle. Thanks for sharing.

Great humour, Valsa! I can relate to this. You could be talking about me....as what you describe is almost always the first day of any attempt of mine to write anything. Great work, Valsa.
