Longing For The Bells Chime

In difficult times like this
we long for peaceful times

as we can hear the bells chime
write poetry that rhymes sublime

in sweet moments
despite the exuberant presence

on King's Day existence
after absence
of two years of corona,
we constantly help Ukraina

our deep empathy goes on continuously
to that sweet rich cornland, that lovely
where honesty and love still reign
in rich lovely Ukraine
