Men Do Cry Poem by Antonio Liao

Men Do Cry

Rating: 5.0

the closeness of one self, push every twinkling eyes
to dropp tears, falling into the midst of wilderness, like
a wave in the barren ocean of merciless current, leaving
the inner self to the dungeon hell of shame

as droplets of sweat capture the emotional disclosure
of human feeling; where the heart stop and the mind
mingle, taking the most unconventional strategies to fight
back, wondering the solitude of time….in a state of a limbo

Pour all the wonderful moment of time, yet! It goes no
more, everything has its own answer to quell, the danger
of nothingness, every pieces lost and loose its significance
the value of one own esteem and prestige

men do cried, in a very unforgettable manhood, a mixture
of essential honor of one own dream of being a man, the
acceptance that not all can stand and survive, an answer of
shame than suicide, amidst compulsion of shame of its
own dignity

a trembling flesh, scratches its wound of no cure, settle in
the inner chamber of every man’s heart, a pride lives in the
soul, that only death can suffice, the mystical esteem of
pride in every human existence

let it flow, droplets of tear comfort me in your own special
way, open thy heart that sorrow and give the soul that thirst
of the sparkling tears of shame

here I am, take my tear and cried no more, satisfied your
honor and drink the dry happiness then, come touch me not,
and I will be true……

' a poem dedicated to Junbert Abog who return
gracefully to the Father's Home in heaven '
