POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Author's Note. When my computer died, I was without means to get on PoemHunters. I was bored so I decided to invent a new poem structure. You take a famous poem's title and make it the opening to your own poem. Then you write a line of your own and try to connect it to Famous Title 1on the first line and Famous Title 2 on the third line that concludes your poem. Now I know there's a Grinch out there that will call this Plagiarism but since I only mentioned the famous titles, phooey on Mr. Wet Blanket. I had to do something or go crazy...... or crazier.Love being back, you all.

Stunning verse, Susan. I often reminded of the poem (Annabel Lee) and how someone known for horror could express deep feelings that represented the very opposite. I think you capture that sentiment in just a few magnificent words. A perfect 10.

Hey, hey, M.J. I smile every time I see you have read one of my efforts! You always look under the hood and see how things work! And thank you for the top marks!

Cool thinking, I might give it a trial, I like your title, I always have messages in-between the lines and a double meaning, it makes it fun, as always I like your poetry and this one is creative and unique

Bill, I hope you do give this a trial. It's fun and it kind of loosens up the poetic muscles for me and maybe it will for you!
