Misunderstood - Poem by james foster

misunderstood by even those closest to me
think that my minds clouded and there's no hope for me
but i will suceed and rise out of the fury
i am fine on my own, no need to worry
I apply myself when i feel it is something that deserves
like for instance expressing my ideas through rhyming words
poetry-the key to releasement of my negative vibes
i try my best to focus on the few but good times
i don't conform to others ways i reveal my indivuality
i'm actually the only one sane in this troubled reality
Suicide? nah im not the foolish type
i'm the misunderstood one that you sterotype
Although the words you say are indeed only temporary
but they remain forever in my mind like a dream or memory
judgemental folks are just a burden to society
there's just not accustomed to cultural variety
my success in life is not yet a guarantee
but i'll do it solely for the purpose of making me happy
