Moments - Poem by Gordon Jerome

A soft gentle breeze on a warm summers eve
The rattle you hear from a dried autumn leaf
Moonlit fields underneath a fresh fallen snow
The way that you look in the soft candles glow
The crackling sounds of a fire burning bright
Snuggling each other on a cold winters night
Long drawn out sessions of passion and lust
Moments shared within another's loving trust
Watching the sunset over an unspoiled view
These are the moments best shared with you.
“closing thought”
Two bodies may experience a moment in time
Where they join together like the words of a rhyme
