My Disappeared - Poem by Mickie Green
There's a chance I'll never see you again.
It's a realisation that hurts to the core.
Someone else's decision cut you from my life,
Snapped the tie between us.
Your smiles are gone like smoke in the wind.
You're my disappeared.
And there's nothing I can do to bring you back.
The stars just dont care what I wish for.
Tears won't change anything,
All I can do is hope,
And pray that someday you'll reappear
