I saw your picture tonight
my heart hurt.I longed to see you.
Where are you? Do you not look for me?
I haven't forgotten what it felt like
to feel love from you
Oh where did you go, my little girl?
Your hardened heart looks for a perfect world
Life is not always what we want it to be
But when you have love, everything is easy
I am here with open arms
waiting for you to stop being mad
my little girl, always know
that your mother's love
will never go
