My Wife's Realtor, Twice: ' Sam '

Samantha Lee is a South Carolina realtor....and even more.
I got up close when trying to keep her from a fall to the floor...
when she climbed a 'risky' chair to fetch window screens for
us when my mate & I moved 'the first time'. Sam's no old bore! !

Two years passed and my mate (the seller this time) used Sam again.
Now my wife and I are in North Carolina & I'll never know when....
Sam's services may be called for. I don't mean for getting MORE
screens, & now we're out of S's area. Oh well. [Sam's no old bore.]

She's no young bore either! She readily 'admits' to being over thirty.
She's well-spoken, long-legged & pretty, and her face is NOT dirty.
This second move, by Sam facilitated, has me in 'mountains',
feeding American Guinea Hogs near a creek; there aren't fountains.

Samantha lives with 'Tom', an older (than her) , but pleasant, fellow.
I wonder if those two ever 'carry on' with each exchanging a bellow,
as Sam and I did the night my mate and I were from SC house to scram,
and with 'realtor' helping to pack, Sam and I, with bellows did 'blam! '...
each other!

While 'the realtor' attempts, with my help, to get my wife to pay a bill,
not a bill from Samantha but one related to our last move, a bill STILL,
Sam and I have struck up almost a friendship, or is it all a big mirage?
Did it even begin as 'she' balanced for screens in the SC double garage? ?

Is Sam 'just being a good realtor and business person'? Or is she really nice?
Does she hope her reputation as a realtor precedes her, like cheese precedes mice?
