Nature's Decree Poem by Patricia Gale

Nature's Decree

Rating: 5.0

Mother Nature sets upon her mighty throne and calls down for her decree

Forever more shall it be till the end of time
The moon and stars shall be thy love and dreams will all there be
For none has met thy hearts call
From this moment on, no more tears shall there fall
For sunsets golden red and morning hues of crystal dew whilst embrace thee all thine days

A land of fairy tales and wishes adorned with silver linings
Will be thine home forever more and never whilst thou need to roam
For time has come and the quest must be left

My child you must stand strong like an aging oak
And face the wind, come what may
And so it is and so it shall be
