I ate some ONCE, with a bit o' Limburger cheese.
What gas I had that night made my wife say: 'Jees...
us, Mary, and Joseph! Bri, did you die just now? ',
to which I said: 'NEVER again shall I eat tripe, I vow! '

Seeing the title, I thought you must be giving a recipe! .......Tripe..... Can it be eaten? ? Before letting out the foul gas, you should have put on the exhaust fan or used an air deodorant!

Tripe (mondongo in spanish) Ingredients.1 pound beef tripe (mondongo) , cut into small pieces.
