We laugh, we cry,
We live, we die,
Is it all worth it?
Can't figure out 'Why'.
and the alternative is....? never lived, never loved, never seen Spring never me was? You are you and we love that you are you thankfully not a brat! nor a cat? nor a rat? nor a ballbat. Thanks for being YOU. You've blessed thousands of souls with your sweet poetry. Gracias a Dios hay SF en la vida de todos nosotros! ! ! !
Yes every thing is worth because, in spite of all odds Human is the loveliest incarnation of God. Thus, every thing he undergoes through has it's worth and importance and it should be taken with sportsman's spirit. In a way life too is a game. So, cheer-up.
Stay alive and keep thinking about it Sandra.....I think its totally worth it. I cherish those special moments that happen all the time right in front of our eyes.....I think that life, all on its own, without promises of anything more, is a special miracle and to be lived and enjoyed to the fullest...and when we lose people we love and care about, we grieve and we go on, because that's what we do. Humans are remarkably resilient. I hope I get to live a long time, but I know I have no guarantees day to day. All that aside (it has been a strangely tough day with regard to death, both in poetry and real life) , I like your little poem. I think it asks all the right questions.
