No More - Poem by alyssa snyder

No more darkness and no more heartless.

No more darkness to trip me up, the nothing I've never seen.
Blind angels grabbing.
No more heartless to echo pain, I've felt empty lifeless acheing.
Throbbing to become alive.

You tell me it's okay and brighten my darkness.
You fill me with your love and leave no room for heartless.

No more screams and no more dreams.

No more screams to deafen peace, I've moved the stillness.
Piercing shattered pieces.
No more dreams to wake my sleep, I've seen too many to hope.
Fairytales dance behind closed eyes.

You cover my ears and deafen my screams.
You enter my nights and sweeten my dreams.
