Noodle Cart Poem by Darwin Henry Beuning

Noodle Cart

Here in Thailand
Lunch comes to you.

Daily, around noon
We anxiously await its arrival.
The Noodle Cart,
Food brought right to you.

It pulls to a stop
At your front door,
As friends and neighbors gather round.
All with something in common -
An appetite.

A shared moment to be enjoyed.
The Noodle Cart,
Money well spent.

Around here we have taco carts, but that noodle cart sounds fun! I have a couple of grandkids who could eat oodles and oodles of noodles!
