Not Finding Why?
Why man exhibits pride
and temper?
Why man creates war
and fight in anger?
Why is man greedy
and runs after unneeded
lust and desire?
Are questions difficult to answer
even if he is well aware
that life is short,
seeps like water from
an earthen pitcher.
Bountiful scopes and
opportunities are there
to be good, better and best.
But most choose the
path to become
bad, egoistic, ill-tempered
and worst.
A brilliant verse! What amazes me is how quickly some people can go from a zen; like (at least self-professed) calm to total rage.
Why if replaced by 'HOW' I think we may find some answers. The greed in humans is far bigger than this universe. Thought provoking poem.5*
A meaningful poem well thought out. A wake up call to all!
A very keen observation on the flaws of men that have been embedded in the core of humanity. Yes, we could never fathom why a lot of people resort to these ill deeds. I hope we could still see the day when humanity lives in peace and harmony.

I think it is God's divine play to provoke someone to be evil against a good someone...why has no answer in this regard....thought provoking poem....liked very much
