We, the human beings;
The god's most precious creation.
The lamp bearers of the mother earth.
Yes, undoubtedly we are! !
Yet, why is she weeping blood?
Is it the clamour of our pedantic hollow soul
making her numb?
Is it the fleeting love evanescing her hope
for existence?
Is it our pomposity that blinding us not to
even see her incoming decadence?
The questions that will haunt us
when we dig deep into them.
The questions that will lay foundation
to our future subsistence.
The questions that are just not
merely questions! ! !
they cease to be questions, vaibhav...just statements each one of us has to think of...
Very wise questions. Now if we only had answers! A plea to save our beautiful earth. May your voice be heard. I particularly like the first stanza. Let us all be lamp bearers.10, of course. Warm regards, Sandra
humanity becomes the first casuality..if ego upholds its superiority..becoming humble is even considered to be a stumble..lovely poem on what things are heading to
these are not mere questions, they are begging for answers, HOW ABOUT BEGINNING WITH OURSAELVES. lovely and sensitive. there is hope if all of us reflect on these...10 mamta
Fine thought out vaibhab! Its human wisdom to bring out answer! sometime things happen and we are questioned - why God's actions coming not? I think, things are relative and there are laws! so many times we do not see 'direct action'! 10+

The more technologically we become...the less we pay regard to common sense...and it is common sense, that got man this far in time...Sometimes old-school habits, and a bit 'o TLC...can go a long way, when it comes to the most important slsments in our lives...like our land, and the air we breathe...Ypou are accurate in stating that your questions are not questions at all...They are facts, that are IN question!
