On Poetry- My Wish
Poetry, pursued by those;
whose minds are ripe with knowledge,
whose souls are noble,
whose hearts are pure,
and whose fancy is vast.
My wish is to see poetry as profession;
Noble, perfect and delightful,
Creative, constructive and helpful
Sincere, wishful and divine,
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Your great passion for poetry is evident through these lines! Poetry is creative, constructive and delightful...... no doubt! But don't make it a profession......! Along with other professions, you can pursue it as an additional interest! Sweet write!
