beautifully written yet haunting the joy of freedom into sky flight, the joy of distant journey possibilities, still haunts in empty skies

I wrote the poem 'Joy Freedom Transcends Into Sky Flight' inspired by the poem 'One By One' by the poet Susan Williams and dedicated to Susan Williams.

Great verse, Susan. What you describe, metaphorically, is the fate of every family as it matures. It is also a common scene around this time of year as the birds that populate the yard much of the year leave, at first one by one, to seek out warmth and food in abundance. Great verse.

Smoky===I find it so easy to be all melancholy when fall arrives and the world starts dying around me once again. Thank you for your insight and encouragement, my friend.
