I wrote the poem 'Joy Freedom Transcends Into Sky Flight' inspired by the poem 'One By One' by the poet Susan Williams and dedicated to Susan Williams.
Great verse, Susan. What you describe, metaphorically, is the fate of every family as it matures. It is also a common scene around this time of year as the birds that populate the yard much of the year leave, at first one by one, to seek out warmth and food in abundance. Great verse.
Mj, my friend, I am glad you are still here on PH. You make it a friendly place to be. Thank you for the read.
