Patience Poem by Tia Maria

Patience

Rating: 5.0

Patience has run out on me
No longer will I wait and see
The past has passed to let it be
Hope is what will become of me

So as I open up my wings
to take off and explore new things
A new feeling washes over me
Like a caged bird just been set free

Freedom do not leave me now
Stand by me amd show me how
To focus on the present only
And look toward a future rosy
