Poetry's Touch
Like a miraculous filter
Of Life,
A poem holds so much,
Says so much
Moves so much
Can teach so much!
That even volumes,
Cannot touch.
For Susan and all friends and poets of good will. I thank you for being more human than most.
The opening lines of this marvelous write alone hold us spellbound. The most wonderful description of a poem ever written. So very true. Very well said. Onto my Poem List.
