The world is changing
Faster than dawn to dusk
Everyone has woken
We see just what we don't want
We know what we do
We all have choices
We all have voices
To make Our World
A better place
Politicians
Are making their choices
Not Ours
Social Media
Allows Us
Our Views
For Our multicultural society
For Black, for White
For the Old and Young
For all religions
We must all stand
For Peace
Politicians world wide
Need to stand up
For the people
Not for themselves

Plz do read and comment your thoughts on my newest prose titled, " face veils/face masks same thing " as it fosters an understanding of the shared veiling practice btw east and west since history.
Wo one of your very best, and awesomely rhymed too, I ESP liked how you thought of choices, voices. And the great true line advising politicians to stand up for the nation than themselves. I'm with you heartily on the wish that all missiles, bombs should be done away with and stopped. Kudos for this poem and may it inspire to peace. Take care.
'Politicians Are making their choices Not Ours' - this true everywhere, I guess in every country, maybe with a slight difference here and there. 'Politicians world wide Need to stand up For the people Not for themselves" - Yes, of course. Thanks for the 'Poet's Notes', along with the picture of your grandfather.
A so true write, politicians should all aim for peace....well penned
Your wonderfully wise verse bears a timely message of peace for these troubled days.
So perfectly beautiful at a deep level, that I ache for it’s message! Awesome!
We must all stand For Peace......you have rightly said we all must stand for peace. Politicians should try to bring peace in stead of war. A brilliant poem is well executed. Thanks for sharing.10
