pour forth
from the ocean of you
the aches
the screams
all your torments
the bleeding of heart
the loneliness of soul
the hollowness of bones
unburden the chest
of the weight of loss
divulge from bottom
all that stagnates
your flow.

and it will be poem. why pain and wounds become beautiful in poems and music.
Deep poem with philosophical touch, Melancholy chord well stuck....10+++
The sadness, in this subtle writing, feel like the lament of waves at the seashore...so soft and calm but it never ending to beg the land...how much it feel in a long journey...from the ocean wide. nice poem Nosheen :) loved it
Good advice. I think I'll try to take it. (I am still not getting notifications for you poetry)
Barry notifications have been off since long. I stopped getting them even before you. Bad luck: -(
Hi Nosheen, Wonderful! ! Your discovery that everybody carries an ocean woes and worries in his /her heart is commendable! ! And how to undo the heavy burden? You have to just... pour forth from the ocean of you.... And what do you need to pour fourth? the aches the screams- that may surface as destructive waves and invade the shores of peace or leave a heavy wreckage of all the beautiful smiles on the face/ surface, unless emptied off. It is important not to hold on to- all your torments... But you should open up... the bleeding of heart..... is easily healed when there is somebody to share it with. the loneliness of soul.... may be harmful enough to kill you, unless we reach out to our fellow beings.. the hollowness of bones... every bone is hollow, as long as we confine our woes to ourselves. So, pour out.. and unburden the chest of the weight of loss... So, you should.... divulge from bottom all that stagnates your flow. At the outset, the image of ocean has been introduced, which gels perfectly with the last lines: : - -all that stagnates/ your flow. Beautifully done... Very strong poem with a philosophical edge. But the choice of vocabulary and imagery makes it look very simple; which it is not! ! A truly Nosheenaic poem. Onto mypoemslist, with a very proud 10+++
What a strong poem this is! Many people think poetry is delicate, fragile, weak. Your poem can show them a poem can be just the opposite. You affirm each of us has a huge Interior Being you describe as an OCEAN and it has destructive as well as creative energies. You are present to guide the person to disperse the energy so it isn't counter productive. I love the confidence you express in that opening - POUR FORTH.
