Rainbow - Poem by Akhtar Jawad

After seeing the colorful arch
I ran for my torch,
I wanted to know
where is the arrow!
Is it travelling to infinity?
No, it's least interested in divinity,
I found it in my heart,
reflected to her eyes through my art
with a bouquet of red roses
to gain love after so many losses.

Your words are all you need
Melt rocks and make hearts bleed
    Your poem so sublime
For sure love bells will chime
    Thank you sir.

Akhtar Sahab, a fantastic rainbow and a reflection of the rainbow in your heart with colours of the rainbow,
a bouquet of red roses and loads of love! Even Cupid would look down with defeat! ! !
Wonderful array of thoughts! :) 100

Akhtar ji..why look for Cupid's arrow
When love is in your heart and marrow
I see you soaring like a sparrow
    Singing aloud love's soprano
