The compression of words in the senryu makes the impact all the greater. And the ambiguity of words: the first IT refers to breath, the second could refer to breath or romantic love. It it's breath, the poem cites physical death; if it's romantic love, other meanings abound, my favorite being the love has transformed his/her life in something totally NEW and WONDERFUL. The poem likemit's subject is one deep breath and ehale, but so much happens in that moment!
Wow extraordinary and innovative, ! Nice to read a senryu. Thumbs up. Great to read frm u again.
inhale a moment hold it and it holds your breath till you’ll meet your death.........nice poetic expression. Beautiful haiku.
