The world is so polluted
With mental and real soot,
With hate and murder
Violence, silence,
People without Truth.
There comes a point
When reason fails
And all around you look,
You ask yourself,
What went so wrong?
We lost our human roots.
Man, oh, Man!
With all your evil roots,
Such hate in beating heart,
How many times have you been given
A chance for a new start?
Time is running out for you,
You missed the play,
You loused your part
You don't deserve this planet
You so cruelly tear apart.
Sandra - love this! A poem filled with nothing but the truth! ! ! Oh, how so many continue to pollute this earth and all of it's once beauty...filling it with the ugly of hatred, lies, victimization, violence, breaking it with their rage. It's just outside our door waiting for a chance to come in....to trespass on our God given castles - our peace of mind - our love....hoping to destroy any of the good that is left! This is a 10+++++++++++ More please dear poetess.
I know that denouncing won't right the wrongs. But may cause a little hope in the tapestry of evil that is our society. I appreciate your words very much. So encouraging! thank you
Very powerful poem, Sandra. People without truth - that's the root of it.

I would like to translate this poem
soot- mental and real have polluted our Earth....I could not agree more. You've expressed what I've been feeling in these trying times. I have hope for our humanity...on an individual scale, I can see the possibilities, but when I look at the whole, the picture becomes muddled. Wonderful write my dear sister. Take care.
I am less optimistic than you. Seems the more we progress technically the farther back we go, humanly. I am extremely disappointed and saddened by the never ending conflict among governments and individuals as the United Nations rakes in fortunes but does nothing for poverty or peace. Thanks so much for your comment, we do communicate, my sister.
