The music played softly
The dim light created an ambiance
In the cool, breezy night of December
Balls and balloons
In varying sizes and colours
Sparkling fireflies
Filled the small wooden cottage
Outside, the raging splash of the ocean waves
coming back and forth
The bright moonlight in its full size
Circled the whole place
A silhouette embracing the cold sea
Dancing in rhythm, eyes locked together
Two people very much in love whispered nothing
Until they melted, breathless in each other's arms
Promising to love till the end
And to dance in each other's arms
Even if it is our last faltering steps together
And our trembling hands
cannot hold our bodies tenderly
Shall we dance?
oh, I love to..my dearest one
A sprinkle of rain washed my face
Arousing from my deep slumber
Oh, I am not blinded by my imagination
Not even the falling stars
Tomorrow then..yes..we shall dance....again

The waking and the dreaming love coalesce very beautifully in this passionate romantic poem. You use some very attractive images too, Meggie that are special: 'The bright moonlight in its full size', and 'Oh, I am not blinded by my imagination Not even the falling stars Tomorrow then..yes..we shall dance....again' Hope seems to spring eternal in this lyrical piece. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
